Q. Where are you based?
A. MiNGLED is based in London, UK.
Q. So why are the prices in US Dollars?
A. That's because the production and distribution part is based in the US. All the designs are created by MiNGLED in the UK and then uploaded to the website. When you place an order, it's packed and posted from Philadelphia, USA by a company called Spreadshirt.
Q. What if I have any problems with delivery or payment?
A. If there are any problems after you've placed an order, you'll need to contact Spreadshirt. They can be contacted at service@spreadshirt.com. These great guys and girls will be able to sort out any of your troubles.
Q. When are new designs added?
A. There is no set date or interval in which new designs are added to the site. It's more a case of when new ideas are created. Ideally we would like to add one at least every month but that isn't always the case.
Q. Is there any theory or plan behind the designs?
A. No, not really. Most of the designs don't relate to each other apart from obvious sets e.g. the Harajuku girls. The is no overriding agenda or manifesto for MiNGLED, the designs just come to us as and when we feel.
Q. Is it possible to view the T-shirts by design?
A. Yes, simply click on any of the designs featured on the homepage and you'll be taken straight to that range.
